From what age are children considered “guests” requiring an invitation?
As soon as they occupy a seat, they will be counted as a guest and will require an invitation. Please note that the guest area has different access points from the graduates’ area, and they will not meet at any point during the ceremony. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Important: We do not recommend that minors attend the event due to its duration; although the ceremony itself will last approximately 2 hours, you will be on-site for at least 3 hours. If you do attend with minors or infants, they must be accompanied at all times by an adult in the seats designated for guests. Accompanying guests, whether adults or minors/infants, may not go onto the court with the students or go up on stage.
How do I confirm my attendance at the event?
We will notify you by email when the registration period opens on the platform. When you register, you must have your Student ID number at hand. We will send you your ID number in the registration email, but you can also it find on your Student Card. If you cannot find it, please write to us at graduacionmadrid@eae.es. If you are a Distance student, you can write to us at atencion.adistancia@eae.es
It is also important that you register using the same email address at which you want to receive the invitation. Even if it is inactive, you do not need to worry. When you register, we give you the option of adding an email address to receive all the notifications that we will send you.
We will send you the information with plenty of notice so that you can prepare all the materials required for registration. Make sure that you have all the information at hand when you register. Once you have completed the registration, you will not be able to edit the information.
Is there a deadline for confirming attendance at the event?
The registration period ends on 17/06/26. After that date, any queries should be sent to graduacionmadrid@eae.es.
How do I find out my Student ID number for registration?
It is important that you read the whole email. It contains your Student ID number. For any queries, please write to us at graduacionmadrid@eae.es. If you are a Distance student, you can write to us at atencion.adistancia@eae.es.
How many guests can attend with me?
You have invitations for two guests to accompany you to the Ceremony. You simply have to indicate this when you register.
Could I invite more guests?
Due to capacity limits, no extra invitations are available.
Are invitations transferable between classmates?
No, invitations are issued in the name of a specific person and are non-transferable.
If my guests require a visa, what documentation do I need to submit to the consulate?
EAE Madrid’s Registrar’s Office can issue a letter. You must request it by sending an email to certificados.madrid@eae.es. Please note that this is not an immediate process; once requested, it requires a signature and may take a few days.
